We want to be a resource to your company, helping to solve for your balance sheet financing needs and freeing you up to focus on the critical aspects of running your business.  Sometimes your local banking partner is not equipped to fully understand and solve for your capital structure requirements and finding alternative financing sources can involve a substantial investment of time and effort.  Additionally, how do you know you are getting the best structure and terms?

 

This is where KR Strategic comes in.  We first want to get to know you, your business and your financing needs at a high level.  We tap into our decades of experience from the other side of the table, thinking about your business from the perspective of investors and lenders.  We then work together to formulate an optimal transaction structure that will work best for your company and we put together a target list of financing sources to bid for your business.  We offer a fully transparent process and you are the final determiner for which if any transaction you want to accept.

 

We don’t get paid unless we add value to you.  If you are unhappy with proposed transaction options and terms offered to you, you are under no obligation to proceed and you owe us nothing.  If a transaction is consummated, we are paid a consulting fee (typically 1-3%) which is either netted against gross transaction proceeds or paid to us directly by the executing financing partner.
